Here at NiceRhac.com customer service is our number one priority.  

 

Returns: We offer No Hassle 14 Day Money Back Guarantee Returns on any of our dry goods we sell.  Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the reason for return is the fault of our service, i.e, sent the wrong item.  Live animal sales are final but if you are unhappy with your purchase we will work hard to make your experience with us right.  We must be notified within 12 hours of any dead on arrivals.  Photos of the animal and our packaging will be required for any DOA claim.  

 

Shipping:  .  All live animal shipments are shipped for free via UPS Next Day Air.  Your gecko will ship direct from the UPS Worldport located here in Louisville, KY.  For live animal shipments we will coordinate a time that works best for your schedule.  We will hold live animal shipments when temps dip below 45 degrees and above 90 degrees in order to ensure live arrival.  Please do not forget to select an overnight shipping option.  For an additional $20 you can upgrade your shipping service to UPS Next Day Air Early AM and receive your gecko by 8 am in most locations.  All live animal orders must be shipped overnight.  We cannot ship animals outside of the lower 48 United States.  All dry good orders are shipped free via ground shipping services with USPS and UPS.
